Nice suprise (and not)?!? Only 4035H radio stations. Anyway new bird so C-band rules :)
But You find "exotic chinese bird" and it contains only english lang. disco music radiostations, blaah :-lmao

4097H 1500 very weak new channel Id: Service-1. Looks like India more than Chinese thought not any sign of life from new freq. 4140V RAJ TV Network.
3775V Yunnan Int. channel very strong today (7.5dB )

4140V RAJ TV Network is still on ,but low signal here (around 5,5db).
I have read on some indian sat. forum, that all channels are encrypted now.

Never saw any signal from 4140V myself. Today been dry and cold day here. Most of eastern (C) satellites been stronger than normally but RAJ TV Network still nothing. Maybe 8PSK killing my chances? 4168V Data ch about 11dB and 3775H Yunnan now 8.3dB.
