BiS package (formerly ABSat) does not include the Musique Classique channel.
This might show that the trend is obviosly not in favour of culture channels.
Taking a stock of which classical music channels are available on Hot Bird 13E, it turns out to be just Mezzo and Classica (Sky Italia, an option only if you are living in Italy). There is the occasional concerts from Arte (FTA).

Luckily, there are plenty of radio classical channels.

I would like to have a list in this thread of all the Video classical channels on the satellites that you can receive, their frequencies and from which provider.
Hope that I am not the only one who like classical music.

ClassicFM TV used to be on Sky channel 359 though has now been removed and replaced by the rather bland sounding 0music TV which does show some classical tracks.

I believe that Classic FM intend to relaunch web based player in the very near future, well according to their own article http://www.classicfm.co.uk/Article.asp?id=224052&spid=9333
