Hi guys,

I have a DM7020 and everything was working well.. including my C/S.. now i am showing as offline to all my clients.. I still have the old blue s/y card in my box as i have not activated my 3rd white one yet.. I have 2 other sky boxes in my house.. and did not want to activate the last new white card until i really has to.. hopeing that a new cccam will be realised intime for the blue cards being switched off..

I can still view all my channels on my blue s/y card.. its just my clients who cant..

They all say that i am showing as off line..

I can connect through DCC and all is good there..

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be.. ??

Thanks in advance for any help..

Does your router assign a fixed ip to your DB? Check that it hasnt changed the ip and the server listen port is being forwarded correctly

have you tried scanning your open port just to check, i know some routers have had problems saying they are open when they are not?
