I got some from Dreamboxworld, uploaded them to the var/tmp directory but cannot install them using the /manual install option. There are no instructions on how to do this.I like the dreambox so far but it has a steep learning curve and all the sites i've visited are very unstructured and contains no newbie friendly howto's.
