Maybe you bought one that was destined for another market, but you can check by connecting just a simple aerial cable to the TV and accessing the Plaza menu with the modulator settings.Then, if all goes well with test 1,  you will need to get some way to drive both your normal aerial and the output of the Plaza upstairs to whatever distribution system you have to feed the signals to the other TV that gives you rugby on demand ;)</blockquote>
