Is there a site like Liveonsat that shows who is showing live cricket ? Liveonsat shows football and most other sports ,but I have a customer looking for the cricket world cup.

It may be worth checking the organiser's (ICC?) website for 'broadcast/TV' as sports organisers sometimes list the providers that have the rights in various countries. This is the case with Tennis, for example, and that one in the past even yielded FTA success!
