Is this the Technika Smartbox 8320HD you are referring to?

Once you have confirmed - or told us otherwise - I shall Edit the Topic Title to something less general and move the Thread to a more specific Forum.

Edit: I've taken a punt and done it anyway.

Can you flash the receiver back to the original firmware ?

(without the card inside of course)

Technomate 6900 HD combo or spiderbox 9000 hd also reads the card but do not forget to pay service charge to them. Hope this helps.

Hi all,

I have got previously Amiko 8320 and Skylink card.
The Skylink card stop working and I have to really search on web a help to get working my system again.
I have got paid the 12 months service charge fee, but it not help.
I have tried Icecrypt, Amiko mini HD, but the card was not working.
I find a Slovakian guy who sells Skylink cards, receivers and he has explain me why the Amiko 8320 or any other satellite receiver with CONAX card reader are not working anymore with Skylink cards.
Skylink company started to sell Skylink Ready receivers and from 01.01.2014 they send you on your Skylink card new codes when you purchase any services or premium channels, which caused not compatibility between receiver and Skylink card.
So I have to swap my current satellite receiver Amiko 8320 and have to purchase receiver with IRDETO CI+ card reader or Skylink Ready CA module IRDETO CI+
I have choose AB Cryptobox 650 with Skylink Ready IRDETO CI+ CA module for £94.90
Bit surprise with the receiver, I was able to watch on my Android phone Samsung, there is also IPTV.
Hope that will help anyone who get similar problem.

Yes, exactly. If I have the model Amiko 8340 then I will need to purchase only Skylink Ready IRDETO CI+ Ca module and problem will be sorted quite quickly for £34.90 from -satellite-expert.co.uk
