cube cafe problem with flash wizerd

i,m using cube cafe 200 .which is came with hd 160 gb ,everytime i start flash wizerd v 6,3 ,i got this message , 553 could not creat file , my operting system windows vista ,its to work perfectly before but not any more ,could any one help
