Not sure if this is the right section to post, please move to the right one if I wrong.
Anyone experienced this DAB+ satellite receiver?
Surely it is not cheap but it sounds interesting.
However, I do not understnd if it is able to play DAB streams in any way.
It has ASI and IP outs, so possibly it can be connected to such professional decoder like, say, Ericsson RX8200 or similar to play the channels selected with the 2wcom, but I'm not sure of that.
What do you think? Thanks.

This seems like a decoder that's designed to take the DAB ETI muxes and relay them to a transmitter base. If you just want to open the DAB feeds you can do this with regular linux STBs

Yes, I think that just receives a DVB-S/S2 signal with DAB data on it and outputs the ETI stream (for a DAB transmitter to modulate), just the same as the eti-tools software will do on a Linux receiver or PC with a sat card for much cheaper! It won't demodulate the actual DAB transport signal, just pass it on.

Yes I understand. I thought about the chance to "clear" the DAB feeds due to its ASI or IP outs, but probably not as you mentioned.
Unfortunately my linux skill is very poor, so no way for me although I read carefully the long threads regarding RAI and more DAB feeds. Bad luck.

Those threads are too long. Isn't there somewhere a easy how-to to find?
Does anyone know?

Just asked this once on this forum in the past, but someone replied to read that threads....
Maybe a well-written "how-to" guide could help to decode DAB+ feeds with enigma2 receivers.
Also, not sure that all E2 images are able to make the job, and this is another problem because I can't change a very stable image in my Dreambox DM920 that I use daily.
So a specific DAB+ receiver (also a professional one) could be a good alternative, but I don't know one other than that 2wcom.

I am all for a well-written "how-to" guide, I always make sure I write that for myself as I tend to forget later how things are done.
But I can imagine that others don't feel like making a guide like that after countless hours figuring out how this works.

Instead of buying a very expensive dedicated professional Satellite-DAB-receiver you'd beter buy a second Enigma2-receiver to use that for the DAB experiments.

Very good idea! Maybe a good Octagon SF8008.
But without such a guide it becomes useless for me.
