You should be able to use east/west buttons on receiver while on 28E to see if you can get a lock. Make sure you have a valid transponder to check.If you still get nothing, I suspect that the arc is not being tracked, possibly. If you are able to reach the dish, you can check it by pushing on the bottom or top a bit, to tempoarily change the elevation angle.When using Diseqc1.2 you have to store the satellite positions manually.</blockquote>
