- Which satellites your dish is pointing to?
- Dish size
- Firmware version
- Is the firmware original or it has a patched one?
- How long do you have this receiver?
- Was it working alright and now it doesn't?
- What have you done in order to investigate the problem?
- Any particular channel causes the hanging?
- Can you open FTA channels OK?
- Do you have a subscription card or this is an FTA channels receiver?
- Any more info you think might help us to help you.
