I have a Digital Cip Reciver programmed for Premiere Germany. I want to view the BBC streams on 28.2East But no picture comes up, the signal is ok. Is it because it only decrypts a certain code? If so is there any thing I can do to decrypt it.

Which satellite is your dish pointing at when you are trying to get the BBC? If you are watching Premiere you have your dish on 19E
