Star Track NC 709 CI Audio Problem

i have star track nc 709 ci reciever. i got update from www.starsw.com.
but after update my reicever all previously scrambled channel i cannot view. like frequency 11075 on hotbird 13 East. mtv france, vh1 and 11411 mtv idol and others channel like boomrang, melody, w9 etc. i again update my reiecever jan 2006 update now i can view. but audio is not available some times. then i totaly power off my reicever and power on then i get audio. so can anyone help me why update from www.starsw.com not working properly why its not open above mentino channels. please help me. i keenly interested to update me reicever.
