diseq to 36V converter?

Hi, I have an old motor with five wires and 36V on a polar mount, I want to connect it to a Nokia 9802S and my quiestion is of theres is any good converter on the market. Dont need to be fancy with a stand alone box, only a converter. I've been looking at the V-Box, thats nice, but I dont need the manual control box part.
