The strange thing is that I was moving the new motor westward without problems for the first 30 minutes and then it stopped going west (except with the Go to Reference command) until the reset. The only explanation I can think of is that the limit only activated when the motor was turned east of the west limit (when I moved the dish to 28E). And all this assumes that the Go to Reference command is not affected by any limit set, as the local guy believes. And as you say, very strange that any limit at all was set, I definitely did not set it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
