View attachment 87054 . But reason was to help friend of mine to tune his new Laminas 2,7 m and, potentially, catch Turksat 4A @42*E. We did not succeed, and several reasons for that, such as: according to coverage zones at least 3 meters (maybe even bigger) dish is needed. Secondly, after we made string test there was almost 1 cm gap. We eliminated gap later, but that did not help. I also suspect that when they assembled antenna it was face-down on not very flat surface. I've made antenna's measurements and they are 2710mm x 3015 mm and depth 275mm. Did not have possibility to check whether LNB is in focus and is it looking at the proper point on the surface of the dish.
