That is local plastic antenna, they made those dishes 0.9-1.2-1.4-1.6-1.8-2-2.4m . I think on the picture is 1.8m version.one on the right looks interesting

3.7m sounds about right to me.Nice one ... but not that big though, it's Prodelin 1374 with 3.7m in diameter.

Some pictures from a recent trip to Tokyo. The first is from the NHK Museum, the second on top of Shibuya Sky, and the third at the Fuji TV building.
I doubt that. 8 mounting bolts more remind me Prodelin. But there are 4 additional holes on the face...That Nippon Antenna looks like a 1.8m Channel Master mould with custom(?) ancilliaries.

Elevation is too high in UK for geostationary satellites I would of thought.
