DishTVIndia or Tata Sky in Mauritius

Hi guys, Im totally new to this stuff. I live In MAURITIUS (Africa) and am currently subscribed to DSTV which is based in South Africa. The main problem i'm getting is that they dont have the best English channels available and the packages are very expensive. I did some research and found out that there are two companies in India namely DishTvIndia (NSS 6) and Tata Sky on INSAT 4A. I checked the footprints of these two satellites and both of them broadcast KU beams covering only India. I can easily get the decoder and subscription as i have relatives living there. Do you people think it is possible for me to connect and receive these channels from here if i use a big dish such as a 4 or 5 metre one??? In case it is pls let me know the exact specifications of the dish i should purchase.

Long = 57 degrees, 34.1 minutes East​

Both these services are reasonably new and the chance of there being any concrete evidence one way for reception in Mauritius or the other is remote.
