Hi,
Looking for a bit of help here. Bought some of these boxes and all worked well - these boxes are as they came from supplier, I have not changed any firmware or settings. I was busy so I turned off the Dreambox and kept using my Foxsat. I turned on the Dreambox yesterday to see the CH4HD test, the LEDs in the box lit up, but no display on the box and no picture (fan not turning eitther). Unplugged and tried again still not working. Tested the PSU with another box and that was fine.
What do I do, Ukdreamshop say I should reflash with sun ray flasher. Is it possible to do this with no display, and as its such a new box should I just return it. I paid an 80 pound premium per box to buy off a UK company rather than go direct to China so I would have a company I could deal with if there were problems. Worried that if I reflash Ukdreamshop may say my warranty is void.
Also anyone got an address for Ukdreamshop?
