dreambox 800hd clone image help

I have a dreambox 800hd clone it has a sim 2.0.1 and it says bootloader 75 the image i have on it at the minute is Enigma 2010 04 15 experimental i dont want to flash the wrong image and break the box can anyone point me to the correct image please the only reason i want to flash it is because i dont know the password for it that was put on the box by the supplyer of the box

Supplier?? If it has a paid for card share on it you will lose your pay channels if you reflash it.

Hi yes i know but his server has gone down from (company name removed - admin) so i need to reflash to put a new c line on it
