Seeing as that card appears to be AT LEAST 12 years old its quite possible there arent any win10 drivers for it. You may need to try running it under win7 or win 8 drivers

i used that usb tuner along time ago, cant remember if i used it on windows 10 though. It required patched drivers to work with ebs/crazyscan blindscan.

1. Buy a different DVB card/USB device.
2. Install Window 7 on laptop
3. Buy another PC and install Windows 7 on it.

tnx. sokved. prof 7500 is comatible to win 10 and win 11. no problem at all.
