E4 in France? What can or should I get?

FM3 DV3 digital Free to air,

Hi all, is it possible to get E4 channel in France on a free to air decoder?

I cannot find any mention of it within the channels set up? I am pointing to Astra1

I get all BBC channels. Is there a list of sites for France anywhere out there?

Only free on digital terrestrial in the UK.

It is transmitted on S*y but part of the S*y world package - which isn't free - sorry.
