22W - This evening you can clearly see cone formation in progress as the explosions splatter molten rock all around the centre of the picture - this has been going on for hours now.

I had the transmission on for a couple of hours last night, there was definitely in increase in activity around 12.30, the top of the crater had changed shape by the time I went to sleep.

Sky is reporting the remainder of the local village has gone.

According to the survey mapping, the island of La Palma has tilted since the eruption began three weeks ago, one side of the island is some 12cm higher than the other, suggesting much more magma is still on its way up.
