soz guys can some 1 point me in d wright direction with regards to getting the football channels (premership) on the echostar 3000 ip completly new to this ive caught a bug of sum sought ha

There are no patches available for Echostar 3000's so you would need a subscription card and a cam for it.

thanks for the reply can u tell me if the card i need is a smart card and soz but people may fall over on this 1 wot is a cam and how would i programme the

You dont programme it - you buy a proper subscription.

A cam is a small box of electronics which slots onto the cam slot in the front of the receiver. The card goes into the cam and the cam reads the subscription info off the card.

For guaranteed football the pay services that carry the 3pm's are not cheap to subscribe to - most of them are around a 1000 quid a year if you have to use a UK based reseller.
