First port of call would be to the manufacturer of your receiver's website.
Don't use third party software unless you are absolutely sure it is for your receiver.

Thx for your answer. Do you know any third party soft (standard for all decoders i can use)? I try to use odyssee loader but don't find a manual and don't know how to use it.

Can somebody help me plz.

The short answer is - No.
You'll have a better chance of getting more information on particular software if you state what receiver you have or intend to get.

How do I know which software to use to upgrade the Keys and Hexes through the RS232 Cable.

I downloaded the newest Software for the receiver from Manufacturer but not sure of which Uploader I should use, Multicam 3.3 or Downloadere 2.8 or any other ones
