Emitor Megalook - Searching for firmware ugrades

I am searching for Emitor Megalook firmware updates. Does anyone happen to have such archives?

An archive search of the manufacturers site brings up nothing for that particular model.

Oh, I know!

I already searched Google with all possible tricks...
Fortunately my huge software/firmware archive for TV&SAT related devices has an entry for the Megalook and it contains manuals and the Combolook/Megalook PC software (which is not available for download anywhere, either). It seems to me that a firmware upgrade for the Megalook was never released.

But interestingly I tried o do the archive search myself and did not find your link. Thank you very much! I did not search for "Emitor AB" but just for "Emitor". How did you find that?

Found out my mistake... I went to archive.org instead of web.archive.org.

I looked at a few other Emitor distributor's archived websites and old firmware is listed for different models, but not for the Megalook. I think they probably never published any firmware upgrade, which makes sense, as this device marks the end of line of the CRT range of products.

Have you tried uploading software for any other models that share the same circuitry in either satellite, or terrestrial ?

Too risky, especially when you don't have any firmware file to flash back, if things go wrong.

Also, I am still waiting for the meters to arrive.
