Error code E-AC

Hi Guys,
I have a Humax 5400 with error messge E-AC and I had power board repaired but then realised that this is to do with missing application software. ANy idea why this happened and do you know where and how to install it onto the receiver again.

Hi Topper,
Thanks for your reply. Excuse my ignorance but I'm not sure how to reinstall the software. I have a Modem lead to connect to the receiver. Do I need to find the software first and upload it through my laptop? or do I need to buy a CAK card with the software preinstalled?

I have managed to download the right loader and the software is now uploaded to the receiver via the null modem lead.
