I've never tried one but here's an Ebay link to the converters. They are cheap enough but shipping is relatively expensive.

Keep in mind that you also need to modify it.

Since the Zinwell SUP2400 (other versions exist) is simply a 1.4GHz upconverter, it should be possible for a manufacturer to adapt one of their combo receiver designs to receive DVB-S/S2 signals directly from the terrestrial/CATV tuner port.

Copy the driver to this location (don't forget to set file permissions 755!), first rename the original driver to keep it. The "e2_changes_20231223.diff" must be recompiled with enigma after patching.
