Ali C is able to unscramble ART, TPS, Showtime, etc. Can it do the same for the channels on Orbit ? Any information to share ?

As I do not get involved in such things, would you care to explain what Ali C is and where you have obtained it and what stb's it is appropriate for? Otherwise your post is meaningless to members.
I was under the impression Orbit used dedicated receivers matched to cards.......

I believe its a patch for S*lvercrest STBs as sold in L*dle,
