Looks like an advertising loop for the Paris Olympics.

These are international versions and those 'commercial loops' are Eurosport own promos and viewing suggestions. Each country puts their own commercials into the place of them. For example Eurosport Finland has exactly the same sporting events, but local shopping advertisements between.

Is anyone surprised? The Olympics are about to start and Discovery have paid a LOT of money for the rights to broadcast them. They arent going to give that access away across the whole of Europe & surrounding areas - they need to make that money back with subscription income......
