I did a scan this morning before work and the couple of channels in the 10700-10950V range were both off. Did another scan after work and ORTC on 10860V is back on, but is also on a new frequency of 12642V. The Portuguese multistream channel from 10747V is still off, but has reappeared on 12735V. Would seem odd to change frequency on the given switchover date, but not switch satellite. Maybe there was a brief switchover until the issue was discovered, then switched back?</p></blockquote><p></p>
