The so-called <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forward_error_correction" target="_blank">FEC</a>  they use is seamingly the reason.If you see signs of pictures off 2F spot there is hope, look for reports from others in the region. Here am awaiting that it all stabilises (2G full operative + e28a gone) before evaluating dish size.</blockquote>
