Not sure - could be Yamal making headway to 55E.
The satellite arrived in Geostationary Orbit above the equator at an orbital position of 52 degrees East on Friday, December 14. What follows are fine-tuning maneuvers using the satellite’s liquid and electric propulsion system to reach its operational position at 55 degrees East. Also, the satellite’s communication payload will be commissioned and the satellite’s solar arrays will be fully deployed.
As of Sunday, Yamal 402 was in a 35,628 by 35,721-Kilometer Orbit and reported to be in good condition. The satellite will be handed over to its operator, Gazprom Space Systems, on January 8 – keeping the originally planned schedule

Now Yamal 402 is on 53.58°E

Spectrums of test carriers from 19 December.
Used frequencies (approximately, by the spectrum scale):

11010H + 11350H (simultaneous test)

11440H

11570 H (wide-band carrier)

10950H (active only sometimes)

So, Eutelsat spent 2 days for testing of the same transponders, it seems strange.

Eutelsat powers up EUTELSAT 70B satellite

New satellite goes into commercial service at 70.5° East to serve users in four continents
Paris, 16 January 2013 - Eutelsat Communications (Euronext Paris: ETL) today announced the full entry into commercial service of the powerful EUTELSAT 70B satellite at 70.5° East. The seamless transfer of all traffic from the EUTELSAT 70A satellite was carried out overnight by Eutelsat’s control centre, working in close collaboration with clients and providers of uplink services.

EUTELSAT 70B has been custom-designed to optimise resources at 70.5° East which has been occupied by a Eutelsat satellite since 2002 and is a point of reference for data services, broadband access, GSM backhauling and professional video exchanges. With high frequency reuse, four powerful beams with coverage of Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia are connected to 48 Ku-band transponders, more than doubling capacity at 70.5° East.

The new satellite’s entry into service releases EUTELSAT 70A which will be redeployed to 25.5° East until the launch of EUTELSAT 25B in the middle of 2013. EUTELSAT 25A will be redeployed from 25.5° East to an alternative location.

Not getting much from this satellite but it's so low at my location (1.5 degrees) that it was always a difficult catch.

Had another look at this sat this evening. The Canadian tp is somewhat stronger than it used to be here on the SE coast of England. No video noted when I did the scan but there were some active transponders.

I have attached a grab from EBS
