Eutelsat 7B to 16°E

2 and 3 metre dishes un india or pakistan can catch european satellite signals like 23 degree 19 degree hotbirs as well as 16d.
I also have a friend located in Sadiqabad, Punjab, Pakistan, who is using a 16.5-foot Local Pakistan Dish Maker Hand Made Prime focus dish.

His dish is primarily aligned with Astra 19.2°E, with Eutelsat 16°E received as a side satellite.

Before the recent satellite change, he was also receiving the same Europe B beam transponders that I was receiving from Multan with my 3.8-meter Prodeline offset dish.

However, after the satellite change, his reception has improved significantly. He is now receiving 313 channels in total from 16°E.

He has also sent me a screenshot showing the current channel count, which I am sharing here.

I will also check my own 3.8-meter dish from Multan and compare the reception results. It will be interesting to see how the new satellite's coverage performs at both locations.

it seems eutelsat try to narrow beam like balkan beam of hotbird.
Rubbish. You seem to be taking this personally. The beam shaping technology improves with each generation of satellites and 16D is 3 years younger than 16A..

Iran was ALWAYS outside the prime service area for the 16 degrees east orbital slot and any previous coverage was nothing more than overspill. A newer satellite tightens the beam pattern towards the prime service coverage area. It has always been the way & it will continue in the future for as long as satellites are used for distribution of tv.

I just checked Kingofsat....and,nothing new on 16E... so,is there anything watchable that is new on 16E???

I hope the Albanian mux will pick up more strength. It s been pretty weak lately.
