Has anyone managed to lock this satellite? I know it's inclined but I have an app for that

Managed to get a max of about 5dB on 4025R but nothing beyond that.

Yes, I have received in C-band this satellite last fall.If I remember correctly , it has happened at night.Soon I'll try it again.

Ku band TP is pretty strong. There is only one.And a carrier(telemetry?)

Now that the new Express AM8 is active on 14.0°W, the A4 is no longer needed there.
Launched in 2002 with 10 years lifetime, Express A4 still seems good enough to be relocated elsewhere, as she's moving East now.
