Express-at1 - 56° east (k/u circular)

Yes, after a bit of digging, 56E is total loss, though no cause has been published yet. Trikolor Siberia is moving to 75E from 18th March. There are no news that I can see on NTV+ Siberia and Russkiy Mir packages, though the former suggests realigning the dishes to 36E for some customers.
 
As far as I can see, the Express-AT2 satellite is not operational either. Did it suffer a fatal failure as well, or was it just relaying the signal from Express-AT1?
 
AT2 has no troubles and was hardly ever in operation, AFAIK.
No new TLE since Mar 11, this might mean AT2 is on the move!
But AT2 has just 16 BSS transponders and only one beam.
 
After the failure of the Express AT1 satellite (56°E) on March 4, 2026, NTV Plus started test broadcasts to Siberia via the Yamal 402 satellite (55°E) from Gazprom Space Systems (now with 4 transponders).

After the failure of the Express AT1 satellite (56°E) on March 4, 2026, Tricolor began broadcasting on ABS 2A 75.0° East, thereby filling the gap created by the discontinuation at 56 degrees and even increasing the coverage.

NTV-PLUS is waiting until the Express AT2 satellite (140.0° East) is shifted from 140° to 56° and was temporarily launched at 55° East. NTV Plus Far East subscribers have no signal following the decision of RSCC. Due to the failure of the Express AT1 satellite, the RSCC operator was forced to shift the Express AT2 satellite to replace the damaged unit. As a result, subscribers in the Far East can no longer receive the NTV Plus satellite TV service at all. they can now only view the service online.

As a result of this decision, subscribers of the NTV Plus Dalniy Vostok platform in the Russian Far East were temporarily unable to receive a satellite television signal. The provider apologized for the inconvenience and assured that its specialists are working on an alternative solution to restore access to the broadcasts as quickly as possible.

The sender of another package, Telekarta Vostok, was also broadcast from 140° East. In the meantime, another Russian satellite platform, Orion-Express (also known as Telekarta), has announced a special program to transfer former NTV-PLUS subscribers in the Far East to their platform. Fortunately, Telekarta broadcasts in the Far East from the same position 140° East, but via a different satellite (Express AM 5).
 
According a new TLE of yesterday evening, Express AT-2 is already at 56.0°E.
No signals yet in the 12.17...12.5 GHz range.
 
Express-AT2 has already reached 56°E... the 12697,00 LHCP telemetry frequency and the 11705,00 V beacon are active.
Carrier tests are also underway.

Four carriers have been activated (full band) frequency 12207 R, 12284 R, 12341 L and 12418 L. I'd be curious to know if they are test carriers without modulation, or if modulation is present.

Unfortunately, I can't check because the signal is too low. I'm using an LNB for linear polarity, modified for circular polarity, and it's also out of focus by about two degrees on a 1.5-meter dish (Gibertini 150).

Thanks @EnoSat, from the shape of the spectrum I had the impression that there was modulation. This morning there were some sporadic carrier tests.

Edit: with LNBs for linear polarities, on primary focus, I can only hook up the frequencies 12283 R and 12341 L (with more favourable modulation parameters).

I can also lock these four transponder from my place on 2.2m and linear LNB...
