We can only hope that Chelsea have a bad day. There must be some silverware out there!

I have to say that Rooney's goals were impressive, if he can keep up that sort of play and keep off the booze and broads, he will be worth a fortune. :-slurp

OK, forget all the chit-chat.

How much do you want for the FA cup?

Come on, just give us a price, and lets save all the messing about.

First ever FA Cup up for sale and expected to fetch £300,000. Me thinks Freddy Shepherd should buy it. Unfortunately it may be the only one he gets to keep. It could fill a very empty space.

LOL, yes I saw that.

I bet it goes for a lot more than that. Blimey, I'd buy it for 300K if I had the spare cash sitting around.

My estimate for the hammer price would be around £1m.
Anyone see when the sale was? ~~ Edit - it's May 19th ~~

Whaddya reckon guys? Should we have a sweepstake?!?!

:-Jumbo

Better still, a whipround!!!

A bargain! What's it going to be worth in another 50 years?!?!?

BTW, it's actually the second cup, as the first one was knicked...
