facing problems with Imax SF-2 any ideas???

i'm facing a problem with my receiver Imax SF-2 here i downloaded the latest software update and after downloading it the receiver went crazy.... i press on the power button it goes on and then goes off alone...and i lost the catalouges and idont know the master code and there is no web site for the manufacturerer

plz plz plz i need help its so boring without a reciver
