I do not see why driver fines do not happen when the average driver gets £1M per race and others a lot more than that. Penalties are murdering competitive but fair driving whilst flouting the rules and driving aggressively like a madman out to kill does not seem to be under scrutiny even when the recipient of that aggression fails to finish the race.
