It was confirmed by Ferrari's shareholders on Tuesday that Jean Todt has stepped down from his role as CEO. Todt, who was appointed to the position in 2006, will be replaced by 62 year-old general manager Amedeo Felisa. Todt will remain a member of the board of directors and maintains his positions as president of Ferrari Asia Pacific and Ferrari West Europe. He will also continue to represent Ferrari at the FIA World Council and has been given 'special appointments' by Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo in the context of GT activities and sports management.
