The FIA has released a full transcript of the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) hearing, which took place on December 6, concerning Renault's possession of confidential technical information belonging to McLaren. At the meeting, the WMSC found Renault to be in breach of the International Sporting Code but imposed no penalty after concluding that there was 'insufficient evidence' to establish whether the data, taken to the squad by a former McLaren employee, was used by the French team to benefit their championship campaign.
