However, a dramatic series of events forces her to wonder whether she's led the police to the right man. Sam Raimi's atmospheric supernatural thriller is bolstered by excellent performances from the cast, including Cate Blanchett, Keanu Reeves, Hilary Swank and Giovanni Ribisi (888) </p><p></p><p>23:10pm The Rules of Attraction (18) 2003</p><p></p><p>Black comedy adapted from the novel by Bret Easton Ellis, chronicling the experiences of a group of college students as they immerse themselves in a heady combination of s_x, drugs and confused relationships. Director Roger Avary (who co-wrote Pulp Fiction) injects the film with a hip and dark edge, but the superficial sheen means the serious subject matter lacks the appropriate intensity.
