Find software for Startrack 550D

Hello,
My name is Arslan, and i am a P R O of principal of Al Saleem. Sir i have bought a new satellite reciver and i am new in this field. Some one ask that you can download new software and upgrade your reciver for seeing locked channels. Is it posible? if it is then what can i do for that perpose? And I have a good knowladge of computer and internet. If there is any site for software download and upgrade reciver kindly tell me, i also check worldofsatellite.com but nothing for download. And what procedure in reciver i have install software and any code or any other else. I am very thank ful to you, and waiting for your replys.
