Off topic: How has a central Asian country that shares borders with China and has an authoritarian communist-era leader, managed to slip under the Eurozone football radar? Maybe next year North Korea will be in the Eurovision song contest.

No doubt they would point a finger at Cyprus. They have a communist head of state (not quite so authoritarian perhaps :-rofl2)
