Hi, ppl after 8 months from the first day I bought it suddenly the menu button is not functionning If I press the menu button the receiver is hanged on and freezed and all other buttons not functionning so that I can not turn the receiver off or on the only way to turn the receiver on is by turning off the receiver by the power switch at the back of the receiver , If I did not press the menu button all other buttons are fuctionning fine as soon as I press the menu button every button on the remote control is stops not working . What is the problem ? Is it that I press some buttons accidently on the remote control disabled the menu button or is it software or hardware problems ? please advice .
