Hi all,
1st i like to say "what a nice site".

Just a quick question about the above receiver, i have been given 1 for nothing and have done various searchs on them and found that it can be patched.
I have not been in the scene for a few years now and it seems like its all changed. I have found 2 sites that have bin files to patch the receiver, however, they are US sites and the files are only for their networks.

Could/would anyone point me in the right direction to get the patch (it seems to be AL7bar that i need) or am i flogging a dead horse.

Thanks for the link and speedy response 80).
I'm just after whats available really. I have only just started to get back into things and by the look of it i would require a Dragon cam or some similar type of cam or even a dreambox or some linux based receiver.
What would you suggest if you don't mind.

Once i have loaded the s/w would any softcam file work or is there a particular one.

Use the appropriate file for your receiver. Dont try anything else - you will probably ruin the box if you do. Dont understand the reference to various softcams - they are not applicable to your receiver - the cam is just built into the modified software.


Now what channel(s) are you interested in and we will tell you if you can open them.

TPS tends to come and go The keys change about every half hour, so it depends how many keys the flash has in it. Premiere may be open, havent heard anything about the situation ion the Fortec.
