I have been clearing out the garage and have a 4 piece 1.8m Prime Focus Channel Master dish, free to a good home. The bolts to bolt the panels together are missing, but I have the feedarms. This also comes without any mount or ground stand. You must be able to collect from the Stoke-on-Trent area.

Wow, what an offer. There was one on eBay a few weeks ago that went for £150. That was with the stand and a polar mount though....

Yup, saw that one CJ. not going to use it so someone might as well get it up and running.

I'd happily take it (given it's a Channel Master), but unfortunately it will be some time before I pass by Stoke-on-Trent with a car... 8-(
Hope it goes to a good home! (And well done Scopus for giving it away!)

Hehe, that's the best thing about this dish, the panels would easily fit in a car.........

How much would a mount and ground stand be?
Considering it...

The mount would be your biggest cost, would you want a fixed mount are a polar mount ?, you could set a pole in the ground to save money on a ground stand they are around £450:eek:

MMmmm very tempting, Stoke is only four junctions up the M6 for me:D

Unfortunately the wife would cut of my cojones if i turned up with that, so i too will have to give it a miss even though it pains me to turn down such an offer.

I dont doubt it Alex ..
But I only have room for one large PF ...
..and how do you tell the girl you love and spent so many happy years with ..they are not up to the job anymore and it's time they retired..
????
Naaa ..
I dont doubt the CM is good but I suspect Christina with her extensions would still give her the edge ..
She is effectively 2.2 m afterall ..
not perfect I know ..but in Cband the imperfections aren't so important.
lol

It would be a good upgrade to Carl maybe? Though, you'll be rather limited to the number of LNBs you can have hanging off it!

I'd say the 1.8m would be much better than the 1.5m Gibby.
