for some reason my full-x cam has stopped working in my technomate TM1000 ci after putting a spice platinum viaccess smart card in it. the cam was working perfectly before I put the smartcard in it but it doesn't work at all now. Any ideas why this has happened

cheers

Don't know if the settings could have changed but might be worth going into cam menu ( I'm guessing you have a Zeta blue cam) and checking it is still set to 'all'. Don't know if this advice is relevant but I do remember my Zeta cam stopped descrambling Full-X when I had inadvertantly changed the cam settings.

Thanks for the reply. the technomate seems to recognise the Zeta cam in the common interface menu but it won't let me get into the cam menu or change any settings for the cam . The cam just seems to be dead after putting a smart card in it

I'm sorry to hear that. I can't understand. I routinely use my zeta cam as a viaccess cam with my freeX card, fun cards or gold card. Perhaps you can reload a new firmware to the cam. Good luck
