My Blue FSFS Card, bought more than four years ago with a Box from Simply Digital, but not as part of a full FSFS package nor as part of Pay Once/Watch Forever package, has been stuck in my "pending chucking out" drawer for some weeks since it died and the published rules suggested I'd have top pay for a new one.
But today I've got a letter from Sky stating after all I am entitled to a free replacement.
Silly not to, I suppose! I may one day wish to watch Sky 3 - you never know ...............
Just done the deed and they weren't lying!
Edit: Had trouble with them a couple of years ago over unsolicited calls (ICO judgement and small amount of Compensation awarded!) so learnt from the great Analoguesat and put bo**ocks EMail addy and phone number down.
Something for nothing, eh?
