As long as you have a big enough dish you'll have no problem receiving 2F transponders.As far as the Ultimo tuners (AVL2108, internal single) they are pretty good since the FPGA and driver updates last year. The twin tuner (AVL6222) card is similar in performance. With a 1.2 x 1.1m dish I am getting about 9.6dB SNR on 2F transponders. 7.7dB is easily enough to maintain a stable picture. As far as E2 receivers go the tuners in the Vu+ range are as good as or better than any other E2 box.</blockquote>
